Job Description

You will support comercial activities for different Network products and services in the Infrastructure area.

Your Tasks:

• Further develop service design for IT infrastructure services in our global service catalogue
• Consult service owners for implementing changes to service structure
• Identify and align with relevant internal and external services for successful service delivery
• Manage commercial product lifecycle of IT services
• Work with service owners and controlling to ensure proper resource planning, calculation and charging

Qualifications

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineer or Business Administration is required.
• Between 3-5 years of working experience in the areas of purchasing, cost or cost accounting is required
• Contracting Knowledge in context of vendor management
• Commercial Knowledge for budget and charging
• IT Process/Catalog Management knowledge for service modeling
• Excellent in MS office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent in presentations, verbal & written communication, interpersonal skills & being able to work in global team environment
• Excellent team player with collaborative approach to problem solving
• Language Skills: English (Fluent), German (differentiating factor - not mandatory)
