1. Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff
2. Help patients with their basic living activities
3. Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs, weight. intake and out put information.
4. Documents action by completing forms, logs, and records.
5. Maintains works operations by following policies and procedure
6. Managing patients medications and diet under the direction of RN's or Doctors.
