We are looking for talented and energetic Commis staff (Commis 3, Commis 2 & Commis 1) experienced into multi cuisine for Central Kitchen - Abu Dhabi.
Looking for below mentioned experience.
1. Possess knowledge of all recipe manuals for the assigned station/outlet and ensure a strict and consistent application.
2. Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
3. Ensure that all food safety points are kept in mind at any time and that food is handled according to the Food Safety SOP.
4. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation. Keep all equipment cleaned and sanitized as per the Facility and Equipment SOP.
5. Manage the handling and storage of products according to the Stock management SOP to have 100% food quality on served dishes and 0% wastage.
6. Handle the branch operations smoothly by organizing the daily production on time, before rush hours.
7. Reports any issue in the station or outlet (wastage, out of stock, equipment malfunction, guest complaint, etc.) to BOH management,
8. Be attentive to any foreign object in food to avoid any issue with guest and/or local authorities.
9. Ensure that a proper handover is provided between the shifts.
10. Understand the customer needs and expectations and fulfil them by scrupulously following the Customer Service SOP.
11. Assist the BOH management team during stock takes.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
