Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

  • Lead and enhance end to end S&OP process and IBP to drive business decision for growth. Drive value discussion, scenario planning, risk/opportunities with stakeholders.
  • Generate 12 - 18 month rolling forecast which is based on building blocks with documented assumptions and incorporates market, category, customer trends that allows the company to consistently predict performance and provides operational stability to supply chain
  • Responsible for proper communication of
    • Inventories, demand trends to Supply Planning
    • Track Sales phasing to forecasts, and share RCAs on performance gaps basis IL6S Loss-tree approach towards zero-loss
  • Flawlessly execute against New Product Development (NPD) and Product changes
  • Establish and track KPI’s (SFA, BIAS, OTIF/ CFR/SAMBC, DIOH)
  • Maintain good working relationships with stakeholders for effective collaboration.
  • Organizational Development - Lead and Develop direct reports
  • Create a winning team & embed KC culture to achieve a consistent low attrition rate
  • Create strong coaching and mentoring programs to manage talent
  • Accurately assess people and effectively communicate strengths and opportunities

Essential Requirements:

  • Graduate / Supply chain masters
  • Minimum 8-year experience in FMCG, In-depth knowledge of Planning – Demand/Supply, Customer Logistics development, Logistics in country, export and import.
  • Knowledge in customer operating systems (SAP & APO)
  • Complexity management
  • Knowledge in inventory movements (system and physical)
  • Customer orientation, strong influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Strong Analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation skill
  • Process/Project Management
