About Our Client
Our client is a General Construction Company with a long track record and projects across the country.
Job Description
- Develop and execute plans for Quality Management System (QMS) activities, ensuring clear goals and work programs are established
- Manage annual budget for the Systems Management department, optimizing resources to support QMS initiatives effectively
- Liaise with all departments to facilitate the implementation of internal audits, external audits, Quality Risk Management (QRM), and the continuous improvement of the QMS, including document reviews with ISO QMS standards
- Analyze audit results, validate information on internal audit outcomes, and utilize the findings for the Quality Review Meeting
- Oversee the implementation, socialization, development, and control of work procedure systems and the quality management system
- Ensure the Company's Quality Management System is regularly maintained and updated to meet evolving standards and requirements
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders
- Basic knowledge or training in ISO 9001 standards and experience in ISO Lead auditing
- Capable of recognizing and solving typical problems that may arise within the scope of work.
- Ability to positively influence the team's performance through the delivery of high-quality services and information.
- Proficient in English
