Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective quality control processes and procedures in alignment with industry standards and company guidelines. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, international standards, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and oversee internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to enhance product and process quality. Establish and maintain quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions. Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement. Drive a culture of quality consciousness and promote quality awareness among employees at all levels. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure their compliance with quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality projects. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in Quality Management within the Oil & Gas industry in Malaysia. Strong knowledge of international quality standards such as ISO 9001 and API Q1/Q2. Demonstrated experience in leading and conducting audits and inspections. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-based decisions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Leadership capabilities to inspire and guide teams towards achieving quality objectives. Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, or similar) will be an advantage.HRSB HOLDINGS SDN. BHD.
