As a Laboratory Supervisor, you will be responsible for the activities and maintenance of the Pharmaceutical development laboratory. Are you curious, well-organized and looking for your professional challenge - then take this chance and join our team in Pharmaceutical Development.
Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Resource planning of laboratory team and apprentice(s)
- Strong collaboration with other Pharmaceutical Development Scientists ensuring alignment on optimal resource distribution towards project need and priorities
- Ensuring all production and physical-chemical laboratory work and data compilation for prototype development purposes in accordance with the agreed timelines
- Review of raw data documents and ensuring the timely processing of OOX
- Management of the laboratory with regards to raw materials, related documentation, and maintenance of the infrastructure according to the rules and regulations
- Working and guiding laboratory work in compliance with SOPs, GxP regulations and HSE standards
- Driving for continuous improvements of established processes, procedures, and methods in the laboratory
- Train and coach apprentices, technicians, and/or temporary employees under training/education

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 54,735.38/year (on a full time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies. We are open for part-time and job sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.

Essential:
- Apprenticeship in industry (or equivalent technical education) and/or scientific degree
- Good knowledge of and practical experience in analytical methods and manufacturing technologies, preferably within pharmaceutical development
- Independent, well-organized way of working, team player
- Very good communication and leadership skills
- Good GxP knowledge and experience
- Good knowledge of English and German, both spoken and written
Desirable requirements:
- Personality with can-do mentality and the ability to adopt to change
- Flexible, pragmatic, and goal-oriented working style and scientific way of thinking
- Interest to deepen knowledge on pharmaceutical product development
