Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all processes and requested tasks are done on time and according to the set targets and KPIs for TM, Start Up and Customer Portals
  • Ensures all periodic and repetitive processes are complied with and done on time (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly processes/transactions)
  • Completes and submits assigned reports on time
  • Ensures mails are checked and acted on daily, and that the corresponding paperwork are also completed.
  • Guarantees utmost accuracy for all work output
  • Provides accurate solutions to concerns raised by internal and external customers
  • Liaises with the market units or direct customers in regard to any detail that is not very clear
  • Follows the team’s defined processes and procedures and complies with the company’s policies
  • Prepares/collects data for reports
  • Escalates out of boundary issues to the Senior Shared Service Administrator
  • Suggests possible areas for improvement through proper channels
  • Pays close attention to details.
  • Makes the necessary follow up to the necessary parties to ensure the continuous and smooth flow of work.
  • Has the ability to perform all duties with the least amount of supervision
  • Performs any other duties that may be assigned in the line of work.
