As a Sales, you will be responsible for selling and promoting park model homes and tiny homes to prospective clients. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, articulate clearly and respond effectively. A strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively are also key attributes required for this position.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Sales Associate will greet and engage with customers who visit the sales lot or call inquiring about park model homes or tiny homes.
2. Discussing the features and benefits of the different models available and helping customers to determine which model best suits their needs.
3. Providing accurate and detailed information on pricing, financing options and available warranties.
4. Conducting onsite and virtual tours of the models and walking customers through the buying process.
5. Assisting in the preparation of purchase contracts and other paperwork related to the sale.
6. Following up with customers after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and to handle any concerns or issues.
7. Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure access to the latest models and design ideas.
8. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales, and customer interactions.
