Responsibilities
1 , Communicate recruitment needs with business departments, quickly and accurately understand recruitment needs, execute talent search and interview plans, select and evaluate candidate matching and invite suitable candidates 2. Connect with interviewers and candidates, follow up and record interviews Progress, understand the recruitment characteristics of each position and channel 3. Conduct full research and insight into the field in charge, and make a talent map quantify the recruitment process data, find recruitment problems and solve them in real time 4. Assist in recruitment channels and training channels , campus recruitment, employer brand maintenance and other related work.

Qualifications
1. Undergraduate or postgraduate student, 22nd year graduate student/study abroad, 2023 graduates, English can be used as a working language 2. Have a certain foundation in human resources or are interested in human resources Internet recruitment internship experience or headhunting internship experience is a plus 3. Guaranteed to practice for more than 4 working days a week, full attendance is preferred the internship period is at least 4 months 4.
