We are hiring the Business Analyst into the stream focusing on Content & Communication where the goal is to increase the users engagement and support the key business products by providing appealing content and frequent communication. You will be part of the Global Mobile Application team who delivers the mobile application to end customers in India, Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines.
Typical workload:
- Gather and analyze business requirements, their technical feasibility and translating them into clear and concise user stories and specifications.
- Participate and support in agile ceremonies for the delivery teams.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and other team members to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and plan the release schedule, considering business objectives and user needs
- Market research, quality assurance and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks and challenges, providing viable solutions to keep the project on track and deliver successful outcomes.
What you will need:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar position in the mobile application development industry.
- Solid understanding of mobile application development principles and familiarity with the mobile ecosystem (iOS and Android platforms).
- Ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements effectively, ensuring clarity and completeness
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively and be able to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies, project management tools, and analytical tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, Azure) is advantageous.
