- Making job descriptions as per the requirements and posting them on relevant platforms
- Good experience in job portals and manpower vendors
- Searching, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates, and forwarding them to the join in our organization
- Designing new recruitment strategies to match candidates with suitable job positions
- Conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
Skills & Experience:
- Process-oriented and ability to recommend process design in the development of a robust recruiting process
- Good Negotiation and Closure skills with a strong emphasis on Relationship management
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational skills
- Huge focus on Hustle Factor: People who can ensure seamless delivery for positions assigned
- Startup experience along with the ability to scale with a fast-growing company
- 3-5 years' experience in Non-Technical recruitment
- Management hiring, Electrical, mechanical and procurement hiring
- A successful track record of performing against quotas, deadlines, and meeting recruitment targets
