As an Assistant Manager, you are the right-hand person to the Store Manager. You will assist them in all aspects of restaurant and team management. Together with the Store Manager, you form a dynamic duo with the same goals: a happy and productive team leads to better results for the restaurant. As an Assistant Manager, you are the point of contact (SPOC) when the Store Manager is absent.
You are the captain of our ship, and your mission is to lead your team to victory. You are willing to do whatever it takes to achieve our goals and write the story of Manhattn's with us.
