As an Strategy Sr. Analyst for the ARTDs (Alcoholic Ready-to-Drink) Category, you will contribute to drive the agenda, by generating added-value analysis and insights.
What You’ll Do for Us
- This role contributes to drive the ARTD (Alcoholic Ready-to-Drink) agenda, by generating added-value analysis and insights.
- Supports Brand Leaders & Stakeholders, translating raw data into meaningful insights/eye opener analysis decision making/analyses of opportunities.
- Proactive & curious to combine existing and new sources of information, in the Alcobev Industry, to recommend through an informed POV project´s potential, performance & areas of improvement.
- Provide recommendations for business based on constant insights generation exercises (Frame, Reframe challenges)
- Responsible for the tracking of the projects and results in the market, working in partnership with planning and operations managers & execution leads from the mains Latam markets to understand best practices, areas of adjustment & replication for projects implementation.
- Lead Governance and Routines for Strategy ARTD (Alcohol Ready to Drink) in Latam (+8 countries)
- Support ARTD (Alcohol Ready to Drink) Strategy Senior Manager in Annual Business Plans and Long-Range Plans
- The job has Latin American responsibility. Big & Bold Game Changing projects for the next generation of revenue growth
Qualifications and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the areas of Strategy, Business Planning or Business Intelligence, in the consumer goods industry or in business-commercial planning/strategy teams. Preferential in Alcobev Industry
- Leadership and Proactive attitude to drive decisions, to lead business and governance agenda.
- Highly analytical capabilities, familiar with current Coca Cola sources of information (Nielsen, Euromonitor, among others) but also with non-traditional ones (interviewing industry experts, industries reports, online information)
- Multi-country and multi-cultural market responsibility highly desired
- Analytical Skills, Data Modelling Capabilities & Presentation Skills
- Curious
- Problem solving and being able to work in entrepreneurial environment.

- Fluent English (Spanish high desirable)
